That's why I am sharing Adore Yoga's teaching resources freely to help you look after yourself and your students.

Yogas citta vrtti nirodah (Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra 1.2)
The purpose of yoga is to still the fluctuations of the mind. That’s the whole point of all those asanas, pranayamas, meditations, mudras and yogic philosophy. Yoga is designed to calm the mind and that’s exactly what’s needed today.
As you transition your classes online, because that is what we must do, you have the opportunity to positively impact your students' lives. I’m so proud of our yoga teacher community and all that you do.
